NO MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY..
if you want to get fighting fit this is the training for you. You will become fitter, stronger, safer.
Training is led by Garry Smith, author of 'Fighting Fit: Go Wild and Kick and Punch your Way to Fitness'.
The Saturday morning Fighting Fit class 10.45 to 11.45am. Beginners welcome.
Leave the repetitive strain inducing gym for the herd.
We do not train isolated muscle or separate muscle groups.
We do not waste time bulking up.
We train for function not fashion.
Training our way will exercise every system in your body. Muscular, skeletal, cardio-vascular, respiratory, nervous and endocrine systems will all benefit from this training.
