HELPING YOU GET FIGHTING FIT

​TO JOIN THIS INNOVATIVE TRAINING YOU MUST HAVE TRAINED WITH US IN JU JITSU FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS AND HAVE THE APPROVAL OF THE CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

if you want to get fighting fit this is the training for you. You will become fitter, stronger, safer.

 

Training is led by Garry Smith, author of 'Fighting Fit: Go Wild and Kick and Punch your Way to Fitness'.

​

 

The Fighting Fit class is only available Saturday 11am to 12 noon. 

 

Leave the repetitive strain inducing gym for the lycra clad, selfie obsessed herd. 

We do not train isolated muscle or separate muscle groups. 

We do not waste time bulking up. 

​

WE TRAIN FOR FUNCTION NOT FORM.

 

Training our way will exercise every system in your body. Muscular, skeletal, cardio-vascular, respiratory, nervous and endocrine systems will all benefit from this training. Forget static state training this is hardcore, old school training where you will experience anearobic defecit. A basic skill and fitness level is necessary before you will be allowed to this class together with the right mindset.

Training our way will stimulate the production of new neurons, stimulating brain activity and helping prevent degenerative diseases of both body and mind. If you like a real challenge this is for you.
