Our specialist self defence (its not karate dressed up as SD) training can be delivered at our location or yours. We have delivered training in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barsley, Doncaster, Whitby, Leeds, Lonson, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Preston, Dewsbury, Humberside, North Yorkshire, the Lake District, the Peak District and many other locations.

 

Choose our popular off the peg training or we can design a bespoke training offer to meet your specific requirements. From understanding aspects of the law on self-defence to high tempo physical training we cover the full spectrum. We have delivered training to many companies, large and small, football clubs, charities, youth organisations and schools.

Our training takes full notice of appropriate legislation, is jargon free and student focused and supported exclusive free supporting materials written by experts from around the world. Safety of participants is paramount, and we use humour, not fear, to make our lively training sessions fun.

 

Participants learn some incredibly effective techniques and strategies and have a good time too. 

 

No previous experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided.
