WELCOME TO THE ACADEMY OF SELF DEFENCE

​We have been delivering high quality self defence training to individuals and organisations since 2008 and our Ju Jitsu training was first established in 1975 as Abbeydale Ju Jitsu Club that was incorporated into our academy in 2014. That is over 50 consecutive years as one of Sheffield's premier martial arts providers. Our governing boby is the British Combat Association founded by Peter Consterdine and Geoff Thompson.

 

Based at Crookes Social Club in Sheffield 10 we offer junior and senior classes in Self Defence, Ju Jitsu (Unarmed Combat) and fitness training* that you will find nowhere else.

We continue to deliver bespoke and off the peg Self Defence training and our Ju Jitsu students can study from white belt through to black belt dan grades.

 

Our standards are incredibly high, if yours are too then maybe we can work together.
