Do you want to introduce a new activity into your school, youth group, community centre, company

calendar or women’s group? It does not matter what your group is, how old you are, where or how often you meet we can supply a service to meet your needs.

Our sessions are highly interactive, informal and fun, everybody gets involved and we have a vast repertoire to draw upon to make sure we get it just right for you. You do not need any special clothing and all necessary equipment is provided by the academy of Self Defence.
