Courtesy of the Sheffield Children’s University we are proud to offer totally free self defence classes to your organisation. Bookings are being taken now. If  we deliver the training in February then each young person also receives a free Children’s University ‘Passport to Learning’. Classes are available NOW, its first come first served so book now to avoid dissapointment.

Thank you for the Self Defence classes you delivered to our Brownie unit. All the girls without exception thoroughly enjoyed all the classes you did. They have gained a lot of self confidence and have spent time practising the moves they learnt. Several parents have also commented on how good the classes have been and that their daughters have enjoyed them.I would definately recommend the classes if anyone asks, you were totally professional at all times whilst still having some fun with the girls. We have also delivered some really great training sessions for the Girl Guides in Dore in March  and Deepcar recently with a specially tailored package for their personal Safety Badge. We can adapt our training to meet your groups needs, call us for an absolutely free consultation.

Each session with the Brownies was tremendous fun and they were really keen students. A big thank you to the Brownie leaders who helped and to the mum’s who helped hold the focus mitts and punch shields. It made for a really great experience all round. We are now an official Learning Destination for the Children’s University so any young person who is part of this can have their hours with us counted towards their award. If you want to join the Children’s University then passports are available on request.
