Circuit training
This is the tough one, but do not be deterred too easily. Some of the worlds fittest people are those that practice martial arts. This because they undergo some punishing training schedules. Our martial arts circuit training takes the training methods of elite martial artists and special forces and makes them accessible to you.
For beginners we build up our fitness gradually working all the muscle groups and developing increased cardio vascular capacity. We use aerobic and anaerobic exercise to develop our ability to perform more effectively. There are no contests between participants, you only compete against yourself and teamwork is essential in developing individual skills.
This training method is tried and tested over many years, it is a method that has produced world champions in the martial arts, it can be adapted to meet your needs and increase your strength, fitness and health. The old saying that nothing worth having is easy is very true, but if you accept the challenge you will reap the rewards. Fitter, stronger, healthier and happier or stay on the couch, its your choice.
This exceptional training is exclusively offered to small groups and individual clients to ensure each participant gets close attention and assistance. All participants must be in good health prior to starting this training and we may request a doctors letter prior to commencement.
